This upcoming LeBron 3 is a homage to his hometown and his family.
As can be seen from the images below, it sports a black combination upper of leather, nubuck and patent leather. The blue, red, and white stripes are inspired by barbershop poles, and the metallic silver by barber tools. A embroidered ”BBZ” on the left medial forefoot are the names of his children- Bronny, Bryce and Zhuri, with the ”330” on the same location on the right is for Akron’s area code.
A black midsole that cages a full-length Zoom Air unit and a black rubber outsole completes the aesthetic.
The ”Barbershop” LeBron 3 is scheduled to debut July 27 at nike.com and select retail venues. Let us hope that Nike does not screw up this release at they have with other LeBron retros, primarily the Zoom Generation. They will carry a 185 USD sticker price.
